COVID-19 & NEW PALETTE

Natalie Chapple

Hello my lovelies,

I hope everyone is keeping well this week, I wanted to answer a few COVID-19 questions that I am getting regularly and then give you a small sneak peak of our new palette due to drop June 2020!

So we'll do the boring bit first...

Are you still shipping because of the virus?

Yes, I'm a one man band... well woman. So I am able to work myself in my home office. All shipments are being made. Please do expect a delay in processing times, and delivery times. I am finding that even UK orders are taking that bit longer to arrive, so please be patient. There are some countries that will accept post and then hold it until they can safely deliver, it's hard to know what other countries postal systems are doing as it changes so rapidly so please be understanding of the situation. I will always do my upmost to ensure everyone receives their package.

How long will my package take to arrive?

I wish I could give you all set lead-times. We have always used Royal Mail to ship our orders, it is slower but it keeps the pricing down. I am working on offering a DHL service also but this has been slowed right down due to the virus.

Below I have listed the lead times I normally expect on the shipment you pick and then I have put next to it how much longer it COULD take due to the virus.

International Economy: 14-22 working days (+7 working days)

International Standard: 7-14 working days (+7 working days)

International Tracked: 5-10 working days (+7 working days)

First Class (UK): 1-2 working days (+5 working days)

These are just estimates, for all orders please wait for the full time plus the extra before contacting us about a missing package. This allows for delays in the system.

Right now that boring stuff is over... Let's talk new palette.

My previous 2 palettes have been 9 pans, and I do love 9-pan palettes, but I've decided to create a mini 6-pan palette that will be more affordable!

The inspiration for this palette is all things 90's, I was born in 1991 so it was only right to name it that! I wanted to pay homage to all the things I loved growing up. 1991 is the first palette in a series of mini palettes that I will be coming out with in the future, the full collection will be 5 palettes and they will all be named after different years, and play homage to 5 different decades.

I'm not going to reveal it all to you now, but I will show you one shade. Please check out our instagram over May for the full reveal!!

Comment below any other colour guesses based on the names!

Peace out, stay safe and be nice!

Natalie
