Shipping policy

We aim to ship all shipments within 1-3 days, sometimes this can be slightly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances but customers will be notified. We ship using Royal Mail & Asendia. We give you estimated arrival times at checkout, please bear in mind these are estimates and sometimes package can take a few days longer than stated especially during busy periods.  

If a package does go missing or takes longer than expected do email us at help@glistencosmetics.com ASAP. Please do not worry, we will do everything we can to get your package to you.
