Do you track delivery?
You can select a tracking option for delivery if you wish. It costs more, but this way you will get a tracking number with your shipment. Standard shipping does not come with tracking.
Where is my order?
We aim to have all orders shipped between 2-3 working days, shipping in the UK can take between 3-5 days and outside the UK can take up to 20 days depending on destination. We ask that you leave at least 25 days before contacting us about an order you haven't received.
What is the returns policy?
If you are unhappy with our product we accept returns within 28 days of delivery, once we have the item back we'll process the refund as long as the items are in the same condition as you received them, and still have their hygiene seals in place.
If your items have been received broken or open, then please email us at email@example.com with a photo and we'll get replacements sent out to you right away.

Can I purchase glitter from your old website anywhere?
For an extremely limited time only our old glitters are available here. Please be aware that this website will soon be closed and you will no longer be able to purchase plastic glitters from us.
Are you cruelty free and vegan?
We are! None of our products are tested on animals, or have any animal product in them. We are certified by PETA.
Are your glitters biodegradable?
On this website yes! We still have our old website running here until we get rid of some of the stock, but we've made a bold step to becoming fully biodegradable. All glitters and gels on this website are made from Cellulose which is biodegradable in all environments including marine.
Are your glitters eye safe?
Glitters on this website have been approved safe for cosmetics by EC Regulation 1223/2009 and FDA Title 21 CFR, the chunkier ones are safe but we do ask to go careful when applying close to the eye, although not specifically specified within any cosmetic regulations, the cosmetic industry applies a self-imposed limit of maximum 150mirons (006 size) to cosmetic particles used around the eyes.
