There is a very fitting story behind Bliss 2.0. When we first announced the original Bliss palette in November last year – a far more vibrant, slightly sinister colour story filled with bright duochromes, multichromes, and colourful mattes – we shared it with a black-and-white filter. And, almost instantly, everyone became obsessed with the idea that it was actually a grey-toned, neutral, monochrome palette. The comments came in straight away: “is it illegal that I want this black and grey version” and “I thought it was a black and grey palette and got excited.” It was one of those accidentally brilliant moments where the reaction said everything.
Natalie immediately knew we had to make that palette a reality, which is part of what makes Bliss 2.0 so special. In a way, this launch exists because of those comments. So for everyone who fell in love with the black, grey, beige fantasy of Bliss before it even existed: well, now you have it!

A full shade breakdown of the new Bliss 2.0 palette, from soft matte neutrals to sparkling pressed pigments
There is a particular kind of palette that earns its place by being impossibly well judged. A palette that understands what people want to wear: shades that feel modern, flattering, versatile, and entirely transportive. Bliss 2.0 by Glisten Cosmetics is that palette.
Designed around a cooler, softer, more refined neutral story, Bliss 2.0 feels like a grown-up answer to everyday eye makeup – though “everyday” perhaps undersells it. These are shades made for the person who wants their makeup to look luminous rather than too loud. The palette moves between misty taupes, muted browns, soft creams, and silvery pressed pigments with a confidence that is quietly luxurious.
What makes this palette especially compelling is its balance. The mattes are elegant and wearable, while the sparkly pressed pigments bring light, texture, and that slightly dreamlike finish that turns a good eye look into a memorable one. It is the kind of palette that can take you from a blurred-out daytime eye to something cooler, moodier, and more light-catching by evening.

The matte shades

Drift - Drift is a deep, cool-toned grey that brings structure to the palette. It has that stormy, smoked quality that instantly adds depth without pulling too hard or heavy. In a palette full of soft neutrals, Drift is the shade that grounds everything. Ideal for defying the outer corner, deepening the lash line, or creating that softly diffused shadow effect that makes an eye look feel intentional. There is something very chic about a grey like this one.

Fog - Fog is a muted taupe-beige matte which is understated, elegant, and incredibly useful. This is the kind of shade that beauty lovers end up reaching for more than they expect, because it works as a transition, a soft contour for the eye, or even the main event when the mood is minimal and polished.

Gentle - The palest matte in the palette: a creamy, soft ivory that brings brightness without starkness. It has a clean, delicate feel to it, making it perfect for lifting the brown bone, brightening the lid, or softening the edges of a more smoked-out look. What is especially nice about Gentle is that it does not read as a harsh white. Instead, it has that smooth, cloud-like softness that makes a look feel fresher and more seamless.

Shadow – True to its name, Shadow is the deepest matte in the palette: a rich, dark brown that adds instant definition. It is the shade you reach for when you want to deepen a look properly – to add drama at the lash line, build out the outer corner, or give the eye that sculpted, more dimensional finish.

Chosen - Chosen is a beautifully rosy taupe matte with a muted warmth that sets it apart from the cooler greys and taupes around it. It brings a little softness, a little skin-like warmth, and just enough colour to stop the palette from feeling too cold. On the eyes, it reads romantic in the most restrained way – sophisticated rather than sweet.

Destiny - This shade sits in that beautiful greige family – a pale, cool toned taupe that feels airy and refined. It bridges the gap between the creaminess of Gentle and the deeper sculpting shades like Drift and Shadow, making it one of the most versatile in the palette.
The sparkly pressed pigment shades

Blissful - Blissful is a sparkling taupe-champagne pressed pigment that feels like the palette’s glowiest, most indulgent moment. It catches the light with a soft metallic twinkle, giving the eye that textured, luminous finish that instantly elevates a look. There is a warmth in it, but it sits comfortably within the cooler neutral world of the palette.

Trance - trance is deeper and moodier, with a sparkling bronzed-taupe feel that makes it especially striking. It has a more dimensional, almost molten finish, creating that glossy-looking depth people love in a shimmer shade. Where Blissful brings softness and glow, Trane leans more sultry.

Lucid - The coolest shade in the palette: a bright silver pressed pigment that brings clarity, contrast, and a more ethereal kind of shine. It is crisp, light-catching, and slightly futuristic in the prettiest way. In a palette built around soft taupes and muted greys, Lucid acts like a flash of moonlight.

What makes Bliss 2.0 stand out is not just that the shades are beautiful individually, but that they are curated with real intention. The palette understands tonal harmony. The mattes speak to one another. The pressed pigments complement rather than overshine. Together, they create a colour story that feels cohesive, modern, and useful.
For anyone searching for a cool-toned eyeshadow palette, a neutral glitter eyeshadow palette, or a new everyday eyeshadow palette that feels elevated, Bliss 2.0 hits a very sweet spot.
