Shipping policy

We aim to ship all shipments within 1-3 days, sometimes this can be slightly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances but customers will be notified. We ship using Royal Mail, there are 3 selections at cart. We give you guided arrival times when selecting your shipping, the time given only starts when item has been shipped and you receive your shipping notification.

For domestic shipping, 48 hour is more than adequate to get your item within good time. For international shipping, tracked shipment is the best shipment to select if you want to ensure your product arrives within a good time, but this comes at a slight cost. This is why we give two other options for shipping. These option DO NOT COME WITH TRACKING, we will not be able to provide you with a tracking number, it’s a case of waiting for the item to arrive.

Shipping times given at checkout are guided average times, if you select Standard shipping please wait 25 working days before contacting us a package hasn’t arrived.

If a package does go missing, please do not worry, we will do everything we can to get your package to you. We pride ourselves in customer service and wouldn’t like anyone to be out of pocket!
